At 1byone Audio, we stand behind the quality of our sound; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned electronics must be in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a processing.

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned audio equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
